I returned to the Sandridge lookout trail to capture some night photography

Apartment buildings along the South Melbourne foreshore between Sandridge Beach and the Melbourne cruise ship terminal. At dock is the Europa, owned by the German cruise ship company, Hapag-Lloyd Cruises.
This shot looks due east across Dobsons Bay to the Melbourne CBD skyline. The waters of the bay are smoothed by the fact that this is 13 second time exposure. This is known as the "blue hour" to photographers. The sun sank below the horizon about forty minutes earlier.
The cruise ship in this photo is the Europa, owned by the German cruise ship company, Hapag-Lloyd Cruises.
