Perfectly calm flat water and light wind make for poor sailing.
St. Kilda Lighthouse is a small navigation light next to the St. Kilda Marina. This shot was taken on a cloudless afternoon. By means of photo-editing, a sunset sky was added in post-production which turned this nothing photo into something colourful and interesting.
A new addition to the St Kilda foreshore, this shot was taken directly into the sun, normally a difficult shot. I used the Ferris Wheel to partially block the intensity of the sun.
Taken in late May, just days away from Winter, boaters grab their last opportunity.
Having recently undergone a number of surgeries, Barb is unable to get out much. We were grateful for this beautiful afternoon and good walking-aid facilities to make the seaside visit possible. This shot was taken on the Brighton foreshore.
