Four in the air and one in each hand. He kept this up for over a minute which is pretty amazing. When I spoke to him, he told me he practiced every day at this location on Waikiki Beach and has been juggling for over 20 years.

A common scene. I've even seen couples in a restaurant not speaking a word to each other with their faces buried in their smart phones. This gives a new meaning to togetherness.
Wally is a 'First Nations' native of Hartley Bay, a village of some 200 Gitga'at peoples. Hartley Bay is a First Nations community on the coast of British Columbia. The village is located at the mouth of Douglas Channel, about 630 kilometres (390 mi) north of Vancouver and 145 kilometres (90 mi) south of Prince Rupert. It is an isolated village accessible only by water and air. Wally works as a ferry and float-plane hand, assisting with docking and loading and off-loading people and freight. He has a wonderful friendly nature as can be seen by this photo. I first made his acquaintance some two years ago. He's a good man to know.
This young man is immensely talented. He works long hours each day to earn money to complete his university degree in piano.
Everywhere you look, colorful people walk the city streets. If not literaly colorful like this young lady, indeed each has a colorful story to reveal.
Known in the Western world as the "Chinese violin" or a "Chinese two-stringed fiddle". I could not pass by this beautiful young woman in her traditional Chinese costume without taking this photo.

This mixed group of school children are dressed in their school uniforms. Both private and public schools require students to wear uniforms reflecting their school colors. Whenever outdoors, schools children wear broad-brimmed hats for sun protection and boys normally wear short pants.
These attractive women are waiting for the traffic lights to change. It's very common to see people lost in their own world of sound. This is OK on trains and trams, but very dangerous when mingling with traffic.
Sadler Gate is an historic street running through Derby nearly half a mile to the Derwent River. Much research has been done on this famous street with books written about its 1000 year history. If you are interested, try Google.
